Mt. Cascades Waterpark and slides on a hot day this is definitely the place to be, the park caters to everyone in the family with relaxing waterfalls to cool off in to wading and full size pools. The slides are available in kid friendly sizes all the way up to the free-fall Kamikaze the whole family can enjoy rides together such as the Mammouth River, Space River and the Proracer. THe beauty of the slides is that some are for one person to enjoy others are for two persons and others accommodate up to four persons. The only downside is that the lines on busy days can be quite long for the busier slides and waits of up to a hour for some rides means you better have some sunscreen applied.

If you are planning on a visit then it pays to visit the website and purchase your park tickets in advance with savings of about $5 per adult pass and $1 per child pass, the only downside is that when purchased your stuck going and if you enter the park the same goes their is no refunds for Rain. to visit the advance tickets page click Here. The main pool area with kids slides visible directly behind the main pool.	Proracer - This is a 4 lane family mat racing ride where riders race head to head to the finish line!	One of the many water showers where you can take a break out of the sun and cool off!
Kamikaze - This Speed slide provides the feeling of "free fall"	Turbo Twister- Experience full 360˚ rotation from top to bottom.	the splash deceleration runout at the bottom slows your descent.
The Vortex - Reach maximum speed as you drop from an elevated chute into a giant bowl.	This is where you spin in circles to a splash landing!	Space River - Up to 4 persons per raft and cruise past the constellations.

The Water rides at Mont Cascades Resort are the best in the world! These are the same ProSlide water rides that are installed in the amusement park industry's best known waterparks such as Canada's Wonderland and both of Disney's major waterparks: Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. These rides are widely recognized as the best in the world for safety, thrills and fun.

Take 1st exit, Saint-Louis, #138 and turn right (North) onto Highway 307. Drive 15 Km, turn left onto Mont Cascades Road and proceed 7 Km to Mont Cascades.

• Weekend, June 17th and 18th: 10am to 5pm
• Monday, June 19 to 23: 9h30am to 4h30pm
• As of June 24th until August 13th: 10am to 6pm
• August 14th until end of season, Sept. 4th: 10am to 5pm

		Kiddie Rides Now FIVE kiddie slides are available for tots 48’’ and under. These are safe and fun for the kids with a ‘beach’ style wading pool at the bottom. The kids will never want to leave.
		Black Magic One of the favorites at Mont Cascades, the Black Magic is an enclosed tunnel where riders, in one or two person inner tubes, plunge into darkness and take a thrilling ride to the splash pool at the bottom.
		Kamikaze Only for the daring! This Speed slide provides the exhilarating feeling of "free fall" until the splash deceleration runout at the bottom slows your descent.
		Mammouth River This is one the family can enjoy together! Riders go up 5 in a raft and cascade down a twisting flume to an exciting splash at the bottom. Fun for all ages!
		Proracer This is a 4 lane family mat racing ride where riders race head to head to the finish line! This ride was awarded "Best New Water Ride in the World for 1995"
		River Rapids This one will get you wet! Riders use one or two person inner-tubes and experience the thrill of a bobsled run to travel down this twisting flume. On your way to the splash pool at the bottom, you travel through two walls of water.
		Space River A big hit with the families and kids. In this, the first enclosed family raft ride in the world, riders, up to 4 in a raft, cruise past the constellations to an exhilarating splash down.
		Turbo Twister A thrilling experience in a wet tunnel. Experience full 360 degree rotation from top to bottom. (48'' in height or taller)
		The Vortex Reach maximum speed as you drop from an elevated chute into a giant open bowl where you spin in circles to a splash landing! It's a raging ride that will blow you away! (48'' in height or taller)

• Kid approved probably the most loved outing for all ages

Cons

• Busy times can mean long waits of up to an hour for some busy slides
• No refunds due to rain once you enter the park that's it!
• Admission for to general park (no slides) is pricey for those lucky Family members
  who are along for general baby-sitting duties!
